A New Evolution for the Global Respectful Disruption Community

For the past several years, the Global Respectful Disruption Mini Summit has created a powerful space for courageous dialogue and underamplified voices. As our community has grown, so has the desire for more opportunities to connect, learn, and disrupt respectfully throughout the year.

To meet this need, beginning in June 2026, the December Mini Summit will be reimagined into the Global Respectful Disruption Leadership Speaker Series—a multi-session experience that extends the spirit of respectful disruption beyond a single day.

This evolution does not replace the annual Global Respectful Disruption Summit each April, which remains our flagship gathering.

What Is the Series?

The Global Respectful Disruption Leadership Speaker Series is a reimagined mini-summit model created to amplify global thinkers and innovators whose insights deserve a broader platform. This multi-session series offers a space for the global community to explore fresh ideas, engage in bold dialogue, and co-create transformative approaches to respectful disruption.

Each session highlights underamplified voices, emerging and established disruptors, and new perspectives shaping the future of global education and people-centered leadership.

Presenters help shape this collective learning journey by offering content that sparks imagination, challenges entrenched systems, and inspires new ways of leading respectfully.
