These grants are designed for people who want to engage in the learning, conversations, and community but may need financial support to participate.
Access Grants are open to a wide range of applicants in the U.S. and around the world. Whether you are working, studying, between roles, retired, or beginning a new chapter, we encourage you to apply if your work, studies, lived experience, or interests connect with with global learning, interculturality, leadership, community, access, organizational change, systems-level change, or the broader work of Respectful Disruption.
Applicants may include students and emerging professionals, educators and faculty, creatives and storytellers, community organizers, nonprofit leaders, international education professionals, consultants, trainers, facilitators, and others interested in the work of Respectful Disruption.
You do not need a particular title, institution, or career path to apply.
If the mission of Respectful Disruption resonates with you, we welcome your application.
Approved recipients receive a registration code that covers the full cost of registration for the eligible program for which they are selected.
2026 RDL Speaker Series Access Grants

2027 Global Respectful Disruption Summit Access Grants
Deadline: April 9, 2027
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis while funding remains available, and we encourage applicants to apply early.
Selected recipients are generally notified within two weeks of submission.
