We also provide funding and supports for college based researchers to assist in the development, protection and transfer of technologies into industry via licensing or spin-out companies.

Teens of Color Abroad (TOCA) creates language learning and cultural exchange experiences for high school students of color. Founded by Brooklyn-based educator Lamar Shambley in 2018, TOCA has sponsored new passports for 20 students, served over 1,000 youth across the U.S., and provided more than $100,000 in scholarships.

with Black and Brown needs, personhood, and scholarship at the core of all we do. Hei Butterfly seeks to address the
most researched obstacles to Black and Brown student participation in international education programs.

At Study Elsewhere, we want to make studying abroad accessible and stress-free for students like you. That’s why we’ve partnered with Veritas University in San Jose, Costa Rica, giving you the opportunity to take academic courses for college credit without worrying about delays in your graduation.

Our semester and summer programs include an intensive Spanish course and 2-3 electives that fulfill your graduation requirements, so you don’t have to worry about falling behind on your academic goals. We also understand that financing your study abroad experience can be challenging, which is why we allow financial aid to be used to offset costs.
